My wife and I still live here unfortunately and have had nothing but problems with the Maintenance and office staff. These A-holes try to milk every cent they can out of you. The Maintenance are nothing but thieves who all look like "SCARED STRAIGHT" rejects and make no mistake they will come in your apartment with no notice from the office and if you aren't home don't expect to have anything of value left. As far as I am concerned these crooks have already violated my lease agreement when they sent a Charlie Manson lookalike to my place to climb on my balcony and caulk my sliding door but not before I caught him peering into my place looking for something to steal. When I complained to "Buck" he told me he couldn't do anything about it and he couldn't possibly notify everyone who lives here of Maintenance going on, even though it says right in the handbook they gave me that the office will notify tenants 24 hours before ANY maintenance is done on your apartment!!! And wouldn't he have to tell the worker what apartment to go to I guess he was just too lazy to pick up the phone and let someone know a crazy dude would be peeping in at them. My wife could have been home alone and then who knows what would have happened!!! Not only is the office staff incompetent they hire crooks and help to create a more dangerous environment for the tenants. For god's sake find somewhere else to live!!!
