I stayed here for one year way too, long! We were without hot water on many occasions and when ever we requested service they would not show up for days. And to be without a stove that long is unacceptable. I would definately not recomend anyone to stay at this place if you respect your self.

Our a/c broke once, and it was 90 degrees in the apartment. This was after some bad rain storms, and we were told that because it wasn't considered an emergency, someone would get here to fix it as soon as they had a chance; however, at the time, the maintenance crew were busy trying to repair apartments that had suffered rain damage. Imagine that! If they took care of these units, there wouldn't be rain damage! Also, there is a horrible mold problem here. My building had it bad, to the extent of the drywall peeling and the entrance light fixture moldy and leaking. They "fixed it by sanding and bleaching the walls, but not cosmetically fixing anything. They replaced the lighting fixture, but there's no cover on it, so it's an exposed bulb. SO GHETTO!!
