If you're planning to rent from beacon hill apts. you're making a Big Mistake!

To rent an apartment at beacon hills you are asking for trouble. First of all there is NO security on the grounds. While I was living there tenants automobiles were constantly being vandalized, including mine (over $3000 worth in damages) beacon hills claimed no responsibility whatsoever. Check for yourself, contact Winnabego County Police Dept. they have a known history for vechicular vandalism taking place on property grounds.
Poor maintenance in addition to poor management lead to many apartment related problems not being adequately addressed in a timely manner.

This is absolutely true do not even bother reading the good reviews because they must have been written by Beacon Hill or Edward Rose Staff to boost their rating here!!!
