No high-speed Internet whatsoever (2007)
Poor cable service provided (seems to have been split illegally)
Drafty sliding doors and windows
No weather stripping on door
Maintenance can enter the apartment as and when they please
Poor snow removal from sidewalks and parking lot
Water has flooded lobby/hall and entered apartment on many occasions
Not exactly an intelligent, friendly, nor reliable staff (understatement)
Torn wallpaper and carpet in lobby/hallway
Torn carpet in apartment (patches to repair previous holes)
Oh yeah...wait till you meet Ol' Buck

Great place to live; almost as nice as Iraq, Siberia, or a mental clinic :)

hey im getting ready to move to beacon hill on sun is it really that bad or was it just your experience??? I see that some people have had good experiences with this company...

Sorry I got your response too late. I didn't exagerate too much when I reviewed the apartment complex. If you moved in, how do you like it so far?

I totally agree with this post. I live here and fortunately I am moving out in a week and a half. Buck is the biggest PRICK you will ever meet. My wife fell on the ice last year and had a concussion and Buck and the other office ------- kept telling me it was act of nature or some crap until I produced evidence that I had warned them about this same patch of ice previously about 6 times then they changed their tune and were kissing my ass. They settled out of court and ever since I have been nonstop harrassed and charged extra fees on my rent that they will not itemize or tell me what the fees are for. They will however send a summons processor to your door in the middle of the night when you have to go to work the next day if you don't pay the made up fees. Do not move here you are better off anywhere else or at least find a place that is not owned by Edward Rose and Sons!!!!
