This place is the worst in rockford, we had a noisy neightboor upstairs who felt the need to "rock the bed" at 5 AM! directly above our heads. We put in 2 noise complaints and They tell you that at the 3rd they're lease is terminated, well when we asked about the 2 previous ones after making the 4th, yes 4th, they said they had never received the first 2!!!! They also felt the need to keep increasing our rent and cable with no explanation and they dont follow their lease in terms of late fees. Also getting anything other than dial-up for internet was impossible because they wont let any companies into the building so they dont have to share their profits. The front door of the building would be propped open at 2am letting god knows who into the building. everytime i came home, day or night. i had to shut the door out of fear. One morning we woke up and both of cars had flat tires, not to mention that other cars in the parking lot suffered the same fate. when we called the office they said they had never hear of such happening and that it wasnt their responsibility. so we had to call my parents for a ride to the tire repair shop because both of our cars werent moving! Also when the snow hit in the winter they wouldnt plow the parking lot, so everyone was stuck in some bizzare puzzle trying to get out. I was so glad to get out of there!

I stayed there years ago and it was the same!!! I found 22cal bullets on the sidewalk in front of my appartment and a person actualy got mugged in broud daylight in the parking lot. I caomplained about everything that happened, noise, cd player stolen out of car, broken sidewalk that my daughter twisted her ancle on. THEY DID NOTHING!!! THEY TRAP YOU THERE AND NEVER TAKE CARE OF THIER PROPERTY unless the city hounds them!!!!! All of the rooms and halls smell like body oder and the buildings are run down. I feel sorry for who ever rents from them!!!
