Unfortunately, my husband and I have lived here for about 5 years out of necessity because I was attending school. Now we are expecting our first child and I felt we absolutely had to leave. It is a constant battle with the management office. Whenever I have to call maintenance, which is constantly, they are extremely rude and it takes weeks to fix even the most minor things. My husband pulled on the bathroom door to open it and the doorknob came off! It took them over 3 weeks just to fix that! For more than 2 months we didn't have hot water in the middle of winter. I called and called, they said that there was nothing wrong and that I must be mistaken. I finally had to speak with apartment manager, finally after a couple of more weeks it was fixed. The neighbors are horrible, there is always crime happening, the apartments are not kept up or cleaned. I complained that rain water was seeping into the carpet near the balcony door and causing mold. Now they may charge ME to change the carpet when we move. I repeat DO NOT move here unless absolutely needed!!!!

I lived there too and posted a complaint. Everyone that I have talked to that has lived here has all said the same thing. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!

I wish I knew what apt. you were moving out of. My husband and I are moving into one of the apts with a balcony. We cannot move in til August 7th. Please tell me the number. Send me an email.
