I lived there for over three years and I do not recommend it.

1. The buildings are so poorly built that I could tell exactly where my upstairs neighbors were in their apartment because of the floor squeaks.

2. Way too much late night vehicle traffic.

3. Recurring drug problems in the neighborhood.

4. Loud parties were not uncommon.

5. My vehicles were vandalized on three different occasions.

6. Maintenance was a never ending issue.

7. Office personnel were usually arrogant and unhelpful.

8. Rent increased way more than inflation while the building kept deteriorating.

9. The 25 pound maximum dog weight policy was constantly violated.
