I've lived here long enough to recommend against it.

Parking: Parking is adequate; mind all the trash, broken glass, and debris in the parking lots, which cuts down on the number of available spots. The grounds are cleaned about every week or two, which isn't enough to keep it clean; new trash/debris arrives as soon as the old is cleaned. In most cases, one parking lot per building, which amounts to about 48 apartments. One lamp per parking lot. Little or no exterior lighting.

Noise from the neighbors is always an issue -- an issue I have complained to the leasing office, management, and police several times. My neighbors are a source of aggravating noise, which is never dealt with. Loud music, people stomping through the halls, noise from dogs, the drama of the neighbors, the list goes on. It's never quiet here.

The grounds are poorly kept. Standing water in the front lawn shows lack of landscaping. Shrubs are overgrown and an eyesore. Part of my front sidewalk is a wooden "bridge" where the concrete has been neglected and been replaced with a cheap "band-aid" of a fix. Exterior needs lots of paint on all buildings. Concrete shows signs of algae due to standing water.

Grounds are poorly lit; One parking light per lot, little or no exterior lighting, hall lights are frequently burned out, inoperable, and not replaced in a timely manner. Most of the grounds are dark/black at night -- all contribute to a feeling of being unsafe.

Construction is lacking; cheap fixtures inside and out. Outside lighting fixtures are fitted with plastic or plexi instead of glass, to cheapen them further. Interior fixtures need replacement due to worn fixtures, burn marks (due to excessive wattage bulbs in fixtures or age); Building windows are double-pane, which would be nice if they weren't all cloudy from age/neglect. Cracks in windows. Poor insulation contributes to noise between apartment and temperature fluctuations.

Maintenance staff does very little. I have complained endlessly about issues in my apartment which have needed attention to varying degrees. The most I have ever gotten out of them in the time that I have lived here is a screw being replaced in one of my faucet fixtures. I have complained about my deadbolt (the door is secured with a deadbolt only, which is improperly installed), issues with windows/screens, burned out bulbs and fixtures being replaced.

Staff are a pain to deal with -- they do not address issues, no matter how many times they are brought to their attention. "Okay, I'll take care of it" is their usual response to everything. Very little, if anything, is ever addressed. They're more concerned about filling apartments rather than keeping tenants.

In addition, I have noticed that there is NO pest control here. This should be a high priority as many of the apartments open directly to the outside, with no hallway. Bugs are a frequent problem here. No fire extenguishers mounted or provided anywhere on the property. No sprinklers either. Smoke and CO detectors are provided in working order, however, there is no way to act on an alarm, other than to vacate and let the damage be done.

Laundry facilities are present, but poorly kept. Laundry rrom has a secured door, and you are provided a key, but doesn't do much as the door has been kicked in and the lock broken. Washers are frequently out of order and dryers perform poorly. The laundry room is also poorly ventilated, which causes humidity to build up and affect machine performance.

"High-Speed Internet" is advertised. The offered speed is 256k down/128k up. Barely beats dial-up.

Overall a mess. Seriously, don't bother.
