I just signed my 7th lease for Beacon Hills. In all the years I have lived here there hasn't been a single major issue. When I have a maintenance problem it's taken care of within a couple days. The service guys ALWAYS knock and announce themselves! And they've always been courteous and polite.
The only problem I can see is with some of the tenants. Usually with young ones who are out on their own for the first time and consider their newfound freedom an excuse to party every night. These tenants are usually evicted very fast.
I love all the trees! They give privacy and the feel of living in a park setting. It's especially nice in the autumn when the leaves change. The grounds are kept up very well.
I would recommend Beacon Hills to anyone with no hesitation!

I currently live in building 7 and have had raw sewage seep from a cap in the lobby about 7 times since October 2006. I have also had water leaks above my bedroom and bathroom. The cable quality is also quite poor along with the "high speed" Internet, which is anything but.
