As I read these reviews I have to wonder where I live again... OH I live in Beacon Hill. Maybe if some of you that complain would look at the fact that they have people calling for the dumbest reasons. fix my loose doorknob. GET A SCREWDRIVER ! My light dont work. CHANGE THE BULB! My bedroom smells like cat pee. You live there for over a year and just now notice that odor' You think hampton rodge is so nice... wait til you are not a new tenant and see if you still want to tell people to live there. What do you think a lease is''''''' It secures your rent wont go up and it assures they will have a long tenant. A responsible person would know that. I will say that I dont like some of the tenants out here but what can you do' We are all a part of this big ole world and all different. You cant have things go your way all the time. And... I have noticed and sick of hearing and reading that most of the bad reviews come from people that have had money problems with the office. What does that say about you' Are we supposed to believe someone we dont know or shopuld we come visit and make our own decission. I live here and even though I have health problems that make it extremely difficult to go up and down steps, I love it here and plan on signing for another year. i have never seen a bug out here yet. I havent even seen a spider!!! Then there are those people who say there are ---- roaches out here. Well if people didnt live in filth there wouldnt be any. Think about that.

Sorry idiot... I believe we cause our own problems with people. I feel sorry for you. Just pittiful. truly sad. Bet you've had several jobs and they didnt work out because you didnt get along. I'm not mental... I'm dying and fortunately I've learned to respect people... NOT IDIOTS

Sounds like you are an idiot! Read on the internet about roaches. You don't need filth to attract roaches. You just need to live next to someone that has them or even in the same building. It is a lot more than the money problems. I had no problems with money only safety issues that the management would not take care of and I have children. They don't care about anything but getting their money and they do as little as possible and still demand payment. There are laws that protect the renter. LOOK INTO THEM! Furthermore, the place wouldn't smell so bad if they would put some of the money that they get from everyone and buy new carpeting once in a while! I know you work there, you would have to because I never met anyone that liked to live there and you are sticking up for them a little too much. This is why they have such a fast turn out rate! P.S. Please, learn to spell.
