We moved here in 1999. We filled out the move in list that is given to you when you move in. There was a lot of things that needed to be repaired. I was told that I had to fill this form out to go on file so when I move they can compare it with the damages at that point, they were not going to correct these issues. We pay for security entrance and in three years, the door has only been able to lock in the past few months. Maintenance comes when they feel like it so we repair our own apartment. They don't even replace your flourescent light bulbs in the kitchen (not regular bulbs). Instead of replacing broken items, they just patch them up and shortly it's broken again. In the winter, it is a God awful shame how they don't have snow removal except once a day. And not early enough for the people who have to get up and out early to get to work just to pay the rent. The lights are usually out in the laundry facility. I have slipped on ice twice and my husband has slipped once. The office staff is rude to ------ (from my experience) and as sweet as pie to a white person standing right next to me. Me and my husband applied for jobs with them on several different occasions and got no response, but the ad was still in the newspaper for several months. We were qualified for the position because I talked to one of the ladies who was moonlighting at Hollywood Video and she said as long as you had customer service and retail in your employment background, that it was acceptable. They have no black people in their office. They have one girl there (I am unsure of her race) but she acts just like the rest of them in that office.

I believe it!!!! They are rude to lower income whites as well! If you look like you can't afford a lawyer they really stick it to you and then say what are you gonna do about it?
