OFFICE staff: it's pretty much just one lady and she is OK nice, fake nice is better than mean

LANDSCAPING: they trim the bushes & mow the grass. they keep it pretty nice

FLOORPLAN: I'm not particulary fond of the layout-small. I opened up my closet for a litte office - but for the price they're big enough

HEAT: electric, quite old - but safe

SAFETY: I feel completely safe in this complex and I'm a 20 yr old white girl that comes from a VERY VERY small town

MAINTENANCE: this isn't their only property they manage so sometimes maintenance is out of town-they will fix things when you ask...but they have a tendency to fix stuff when you're not home which I don't like.

PARKING SPOTS: not assigned but I've never had to park on the street, the people are very nice and if you ask them they will leave a spot open for you.

FAMILY FRIENDLY: 100% I see little kids playing outside all the time - just be careful cuz sometimes they ride there tricycles in the parking lot, hehe.

CRIMINALS: I don't think any crime has happend in this specific complex, but across the street has had some small issues*remember the guy that robbed the liquor store in the Hilander shopping center-he ran over this way I guess-that's all I know of.

NOSY NEIGHBORS: VERY nosy, it might be just that they want to be safe-I don't know. but I used to work nights and everyone during the night minds they're own biz. I never had anyone like attack me-except a stray puppy that chased me, it was cute.

I don't like the bathroom countertop-SO SMALL.
our carpet is brand new
brand new windows in our apt.
they supply the blinds which are brand new-nice.
cupboards are really dark, cheap woodwork
OVER-ALL; this is a great place to start out-it's SAFE, AFFORDABLE & COZY :)
