wont renew my lease again

I was in a 2 bedroom for a year, and had a horrible experience. First week there someone broke our master bedroom storm window. I reported it right away, and it didn't get fixed until we were just about to move out. Also, toilet rocked constantly; which they fixed with a piece of wood that did not solve the problem. Our toilet then leaked to the apartment downstairs... But my biggest issue was when we were moving out, we (stupidly), signed a 6 month lease for a one bedroom--- but our orginal lease wasnt up yet. For some reason beyond my knowledge they went into our orginal apartment and threw all of our things in the trash, thinking we had just left it that way (mind you this was in the middle of winter and it snowed before we got home to find this choas). The management did NOTHING for us; claiming renter's insurance (even though it was there staff) would cover it (which we didnt have). It was a big mess that still is not cleared up. Our lease is up in a month, and we will not be staying... And the head guy, Chris Vogt or something, seems very stuck up and not willing to help. So good luck if you decide to move here (oh, did I mention the mice in the one bedroom! and the overpriced apts... 530 for a run down one bedroom)
