My boyfriend and I moved into this apartment in the middle of june, so they were flexible with term dates and what not. The one lady is very nice, I actully thought she was running the place instead of the other guy who was kind of rude and definitely not respectable worthy at all. The apartment was good and big enough for us, just going to rock valley college and it felt some what safe. For our couple first months, things weren't too bad, something was wrong with the old sink and within a couple of days of move in we had a brand new sink but the towel rack is completley broken just barley hanging on. People above us moved out and barley any noise but then in October a family moved in and they are horrendous. It got so bad that parts of the ceiling fell. there are kids all over now and they are all so obnoxious. area isn't that great, but not bad. then about a month ago there was a loud noise coming from the laundry room next to us and of course it was a friday night.. no one available until monday.. didn't sleep at all. however as soon as we reported it to the one nice lady, someone within an hour-ish came and fixed it. i do believe i could be spending my money elsewhere as we are not staying here another year. i work on state st and go to school on mulford and takes me about 15-30 mins to get there. no dishwasher and everything ALWAYS gets dusty and i still don't know why. my porch is not really a porch but a walking and playing area for kids. its quite annoying. can't wait to move.
