Yes the apts need a little updating but wow Waterford has only owned the property for about 7 years...where does all the money come from..it takes time..as for the inside of the apts they are very nice...and for the price VERY VERY nice...every one is complaining about Jaime but let me tell you what she is trying to weed out all the trashy tenants and unfortunaely its like getting weeds out of your lawn...difficult...and with 3 large dumpsters on the property within walking distance of each building its not hard to throw away trash and keep the outside of the property nice but it seems as though it ends up on the ground..the apts are only as dirty and nasty as the people who live in them..i have only lived in Rockford for only 3 years and I have seen alot of apts all over Rockford and these apts are beautiful and clean compared to them and for the same price..People dont like Jaime because she tells the TRUTH and is up in your face telling you what is up and going on but if she wasnt then the tenants would do whatever they want...I guess alot of people want a big party community and do whatever they want well then Foxwood Village is not the community for you...we are quiet,clean and dont want those people in here...i will recommend highly to move in Foxwood Village...we want to build a quality community here..so any losers,druggies,nasty,loud,trashy need not apply....

Waterford has not owned foxwood for 7 years, they purchased it while I lived there about 3 years ago. Jamie is incredibly unorganized and unprofessional. She might be trying to get rid of bad occupants but treats the good ones like they are trash along the way. The apt's are nice but the staff was not worth the trouble when I moved out. I made several calls to Jamie about something and have the cell phone records to prove it. She denies ever speaking to me and had no problem lieing to her boss about it. My advise, be careful because Jamie does not keep very good records of your lease agreements or deposit information.
