I could go on forever and ever about everything that is wrong with this place and it wouldn't do justice. So let me just shed some light on a few things.
First off the Manager Jamie is the rudist person I have ever delt with and gives an attitude everytime I would call.
Some of the instances I called for.
Snow Removal; Not only did they not remove the snow like they said they would right away but they waited two days. I dont have an SVU or an AWD vehicle and I was forced to call into work because I was stuck in the parking lot for two days. Not the only time it happened.
Maintenance: I had a numerous amount of things that were either broken when i moved in or broke while i was there and it was not a priority to them to get it fixed. I had to replace exterior light bulbs on my own becuse they didn't take care of it after 3 months! Oh not to mention all of the animals that live there. My apartment smelt like cat urine
Vehicle Sticker: I was told that I had to purchase a vehicle sticker for both of my cars $10 each. Total BS no one else had stickers not to mention the fact that I never put them on and nothing happened. Just another reason for them to get money
I have talked to the my previous neighbors at Foxwood Village and they all had the same thing to say; management was terrible and things used to be better when the previous owner was in charge.
The reson why I rented was because of the area. Well a couple of months living there and multiple cars were broken into and there we're parties going on all the time. So needless to say I guess the area wasn't that good after all
All in all I would never recommend this to friends or family let alone a complete stanger.

I remember this guy... He was the guy Waterford helped out, when he needed to break his lease. Waterford allowed this guy to move out midway through his lease because he could not afford his rent anymore. When Jenny, the property manager went to show his apartment he had marijuana and paraphernalia on the coffee table... What a shame he wrote such an awful review. Some people just can't be helped...

I live there for 2 years and Jamie was a complete joke! I called her on numerous occasions when my lease was up and said I would be moving out. She told me to leave my keys on the counter and my forwarding address. Weeks later she denied ever talking to me. She was rude and unprofessional. I would have recommended the place but not after knowing she would flat out lie to cover up her own errors. She even lied to her boss. I talked to her every week for almost 3 months and had the phone records to prove it. She still lied! Be careful with her, get everything in writting. I would have taken her to court but it wasn't worth the security deposit they kept/stole. The snow removal complaint is also accurate. Also, why is Jamie discussing what she sees in other people's apartment? She's so pathetic. Get a real job girl!
