Overall okay: had furnished model
good layouts - more or less.
appliances are getting dated and finacky, but functional.
decor minimal (definitely not "luxury"). clean. Unlike other reviewer, no difficulties with fireplace (but odd placement!)
garage for each with pad.

excellent location for accessibility to I90, yet far enough for quiet (as long as no difficulties with neighbors.)

Some common areas with less than stellar maintenance (e.g. pet spraying')
