They are small, Everything breaks! our garbage disposal and our toilet are both broken and no matter how many times we ask them about it they never fix them. we have massive bug problems, spiders and ants everywhere! groundhogs everywhere. we cant even open our windows becomes the ants will flow in like the 8 lane highways in Atlanta! the microwave is so small when we first moved in we thought it was a radio. dishwasher is easily older than i am. not a single utility is included. you have to rent your washer and dryer for 30 dollars. our fireplace does not work. We got stuck in an apartment that doesnt even include the french doors that are suppose to be included. it is over priced and a huge waste of money! DO NOT LIVE HERE!

I disagree. I have a great experience at Hampton Meadows. The staff is always friendly and easy to deal with and my apartment is beautiful. I would definitely recommend!
