I don't even know where to begin. I was without heat for weeks mid winter, my patio and garage doors were so old they wouldn't lock and when they were 'fixed', it was done in a very crude and unsafe way. They brought me space heaters because they couldn't figure out what was wrong with my furnace (which is some hot water thing IN the ceiling of the laundry room that runs off the water heater...so whenever it turns on, you'd better NOT be in the shower). I had water damage from the heating unit raining all over the place, the ceiling was torn apart to fix the heat, which still doesn't really work in 2 of the 3 bdrms, and you cannot, I repeat CANNOT get someone to fix even something minor. I was without a laundry room door for three months because I made them remove the original due to mold.
If you need any storage at all, don't count on putting your car in the garage, because that is ALL you have for storage. My kitchen appliances were new, but I had to ask for them to replace the flooring that was most likely original and very dated. My sinks in both baths are stained and scratched beyond any cleaners.
The office workers are very friendly and very nice...they just have HORRIBLE help. For a couple hundred more a month, I should have moved somewhere else.
