Good location - to I-90, major roads to get throughout area. Poor attention to adverse weather conditions (viz., snow, ice on roadway, parking etc.) Close to stores, etc.
Reasonable space, but less than optimally maintained. Appliances barely work - basic models and water flows in washers, dishwashers, but don't really perform the aforementioned functions.
Fireplace non functional. Be prepared to fix plumbing yourself. Doors falling down.
