We have not had any major problems. But maintenance is slow to fix things. But I think they are trying to work on that. We have a 3 bedroom, and it is very spacious. The bedrooms are perfect sizes. Our dishwasher doesn't work well...looks like something the Brady Bunch would have. But the water here is not good..so I guess that's part of the reason. (We are from St. Louis where they have wonderful water..Illinois water is the pits!) The gym and the whirlpool seem to always not work. Alot of the machines don't work right, and I've yet to go to the Whirlpool and it has worked. The rent is too high..but it is everywhere. All in all..I think it's a nice apt...it has it's flaws just like any apartment. I would suggest it if the rent was lower..maybe that would make up for the slow maintenance & lousy dishwasher if they'd lower the rent.
