Hampton has a nice staff, don't get me wrong, prices seem reasonable, fairly nice neighborhood, a few cars robbed..... But this is the kicker, When you tell them something you want fixed ie: floor tiles, bathroom fixtures, etc. Answers are throw a rug over it no one will see it. Or we will send someone right over....... Or how many screens are you missing... then never replace them. They are always filled up here with rentals, they don't care about the little things, cause someone will always rent them.I think they should fix whatever needs fixing to keep them nice. Customers (tenants) should help. But with that attitude (one person in mind) what does it matter. Who cares you don't own it attitude. Buy your own house, you can do what you want to it.

They should fix what ever the tenant wnats if it helps keep the place nice. You would think they would appreciate that when you tell them. And just say thank you, we will get right on it......
