We found Hampton properties on the internet this summer before we moved to Illinois, but we were scared by the reviews at that time. Then Roxie helped us on the phone; she is pofessional, she knows the details of the property very well, and most of all she pays attention to what we asked and she remembers what we want, which makes us feel very comforable. Roxie helped us find the apartment according to what we need (on the phone).

We live in Hampton Woods now; we like our apartment, it has a spacious attached two-car garage. The maintenace team came on the same day or second day everytime we called Roxie when we had a problem. We had two emergency situation; the maintenace team responded us in a very reasonable time. I went to apartment office to have photocopy or fax services occasionally, which is very convienent and helpful to me.

I recommend that you call or visit Roxie if you need more information about Hampton. She is also very patient and entertaining with children, which is something we appreciate very much.
