They scam people with water bills. I was being charged 3 times what my neighbor was paying when I went in there with proof they said they don't discuss this. They also loose a lot of water bills and they don't have any copies so you will get a late letter typed in word and have to trust this number as being real. I was paying $50/month for water and sewage so add this to your rent if you're thinking of living there.
