this is a great place to live in the spring and summer, nice and quiet neighborhood, secure entry into the building, heated inground swimming pool (kid size), very attentive and courteous on site management, but BEWARE in the winter, be prepared for extremely annoying, irritating, and migraine inducing banging noises from the boiler room, every second of the day and night, enough to drive you INSANE, and don't expect any sympathy, it is normal at this place. don't get sucked in by the pool, i only used it twice and that was when i was home on vacation, any other time it is being used by screaming children and it's only 4 feet deep. but other than the suicide inducing noise during the winter, a very nice place to live.
