Most rooms recently upgraded, many have kitchenette a/sink, cupboards, countertop. All have under counter refrigerator. Is part of Neighborhood Watch program & has vastly improved living conditions over the last few years. Long term residents welcome. Note: rooms are not set up for more than 2 people to live comfortably and there are no provisions for children or extra beds in rooms.
