Older appliances, windows, etc. Fair size apartments. Maintenance is so-so; areas of some buildings are very badly neglected and literally falling down/apart. Maintenance crew was good a few years ago - not so good lately. Limited garage parking available under only 1 (of 3 buildings); if you don't live in the main building, this can be a minus (Also an extra $45/mo). Does have a small outdoor swimming pool for tenants. Manager is available most days in office. Only one very tight entrance/exit, onto a very busy 4-lane main drag (and somewhat hazardous).
