The neighborhood is better than some I guess, But the noise is terrible. When you talk loud everyone in the building can here you.ummm....The parking lot is unsafe in my opinion...I wouldn't walk to my car alone...I would say that the maintence is very courteious. But it takes forever to get things done. The management is nice but rules that are set out really need to be addressed ...and stuck by. The kids play in the parking lot and more than once I have all-most hit a child,they ran out infront of my vehicle. The rent is cheap...you get what you pay for...
