Noise, cigarette smoke from ajacent apartments, poor upkeep, cars vandalized & stolen, high crime area. The walls are paper thin, you can hear your neighbors doing everything. Loud music day and night, Inconsiderate neighbors, high managament turnover, graffiti, torn window screens, you pay monthly water bill based on buildings consumption divided by number of apartments in that building, what this means is that you end up paying more then your fair share due to your neighbors kids leaving water faucets running all day. gangbangers loitering about the grounds, they live there.

dont leave your kids toys out for a second as they will be stolen. I would not recommend this place to anyone, they say it?s the highpoint of your life, let me tell you something, it sure is, you will never forget it.
