Highpoint Community Apartments is nothing I thought it would be. Sure there are lots of ammenities but nothing else. When my husband went to see a model, they showed him one that is in front. Unfortunately they put us in the back. Nothing at all like the others. We do not have full size washer and dryer, as the ad states. The ad also states; fireplaces, ceiling fans, under the counter microwave and coffee pot. We have to park at least 50 feet away from our front door, that may not seem like much, but in the winter it seems like 500. To my dismay we also pay higher rent than our neighbors. For the amount we pay, we should be in a separate division. Unfortunately we are stuck there until September, and from others past experience, we probably will not get our deposit back either. We had to pay $1700 for a deposit. I highly reccomend that if you plan on staying here, CHANGE YOUR MIND. I have a key chain they gave to us that says refer a friend, receive $100 off your rent. I wouldn't want my enemy to live there. I expect more for my money
