nice apartment, some perks not as advertised

I like my apartment. Good floor plan, w/d, micro, disposal included which is a plus. "W.E. C.A.T.E.R." service is not that great. Leasing staff does not go that extra mile in the least bit. Great activities, nice clubhouse. Also, cafe in clubhouse as advertised in brochures does not exist! Walkway lights are often burned out and are not fixed without numerous calls. Good place for children, lots of families in complex and good, safe green areas for them to play. Friendly neighboors.
