It sounds like you are just looking for an excuse to get out of your lease. First of all we were told at move in that if we weren?t happy for any reason when we first moved in that Highpoint had a satisfaction guaranteed policy. We were told that we could move-out in the first 30 days with no penalty-no questions asked. If you were that unhappy from the beginning why didn?t you just move-out. Apparently you don?t read or listen to rules. In case you didn?t notice, it specifically tells you when you register that you are not supposed to use the Names of People when you are writing your review. You used someones name. Is this an example of how you don?t pay attention...maybe that?s why you didn?t take advantage of the thirty day satisfaction guarantee.




I lived at highpoint for two years, and while we had our occaisonal problem, the staff was always quick to respond rather it was noise issues or maintenance issues. Most of our work orders were completed within 48 hours although we did have an occaison where it took longer because they had to order a part.




Overall besides a few minor issues like noise, I enjoyed my stay! I live in a different state now and the maintenance at our new apartment is terrible. Our garage door wouldn?t open and it took them 1 1/2 months to order a part and fix the door. We also called them at 5pm on a thursday night about not having any heat and they didn?t show up until 11am the next morning. We never had those kind of problems at Highpoint.
