Very nice place to live

I lived here for 2 months and had a overall very nice experience. I read the other reviews and one of them seemed a bit mistaken. First of all, I had only a $250 deposit, BECAUSE I HAVE GOOD CREDIT! You can only take these with a grain of salt because they obviously don't know what they are talking about. I asked some of the office staff about the rent difference and they explained that it was due to different move in times most likely. It all comes back to you when you renew your lease. EVERYONE gets rent increases.
