I am living in highpoint with a roomate and the price of the apartment is way to high. the apartments look good at first but after the first month the apartment basically crumbles before you. usually when a problem occurs it can take them about 2 weeks to fix it and usually they come during the day when no one is home. the only good thing about these apartments is the location. At times i believe it is the accountants that run this place. parking here is a nightmare. two residents have marked their own spots with a handicap sign and becuase it is there the romeoville police will ticket any car that is not handicapped. If you do not make it back before 7:00 at night expect to walk to your apartment due to poor layout design of the community.
