A long story short, this company is run by a bunch of uneducated, disrespecting people. This treat you like royalty, then when you commit they bend you over. The latest and most aggravating of issues was they misplaced tickets for an event and then found them after the event which ergo made the tickets useless and money out the window. To add insult to injury they told me that it was not their problem and that they are not responsible so it is my loss not theirs. What a crappy company!!!!!!!!!!

We at High Point strive to provide the best customer service possible. However, we accept packages for our residents in the office as a courtesy; it is the responsibility of the postal service, federal express and UPS to notify the residents that a package has been delivered. We deliver letters to the resident???s cubby letting them know when they have a package. If you are a resident expecting a package it would be in their best interest to come to the office to check for the package or follow up with the company as to date & time package was delivered.

Highpoint has lost a package of mine also. The so called letter that they put in the cubby associated with your mailbox was not put in there until after my package had been returned to the postoffice and the post office sent it back to the original shipper. I was out about 75$.
