Horrible Comunity

The office staff is inconsiderate and act like its a chore to help you. I have trouble getting my pacages and mail and the gym and community center is always full of "Church" people and you cant get in to the center to use the residental amenities. The parking lot is always full and I have had my car writen on with permenant markers and to many key scratches to count. the rent is astronomicly high for nothing (unless you are eligible for subsidised housing). It takes weeks for the office to get a work order to the maintenance guys. (maintenance here is awesome!!!!) I have gotten to know them very well, almost every week something else in my apartment breaks!! Snow and rain comes in under my door. The residents are blaring their music 24/7 and letting their kids run around all hours of the day and night. Utilities are divided between the building so they endup being outrageous as well. I dont feel safe walking to my car or apartment, there are always cop cars coming by to pick up someone or canvasing to let us know of a preditor loose in the area. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! BIG MISTAKE!! It is decieving when you come to look here take my advice and keep looking!!!!!!!!
