I HAVE LIVED IN THE HIGHPOINT CUMMUNITY FOR AS YEAR NOW AND I'M TOTALLY CONVINCED THEY THE MANAGEMENT OFFICE IS A BUCNH OF RACIST WHO HAVEN'T THE SLIGHTEST IDEAL OF WHAT IT MEANS TO RUN A BUSINESS BASED ON CUSTOMER SERVICE. I COMPLAIN TO THEM THAT SOMEONE WAS ALLOWING THEIR DO TO GO AT MY FRONT DOOR AND AFTER THREE CALLS THEIR RESPONSE WAS TO FIND OUT WHO IT WAS AND REPORT IT TO CORPORATE OFFICE. SO LATER I ASKED ONE OF MY FRIENDS, WHO IS WHITE, TO CALL THEM AND MAKE THE SAME COMPLAINT... SHE DID AND THE NEXT DAY A NOTICE WAS PUT ON DOORS OF THE RESIDENTS... WOW!!!! I ALSO LEASE A GARAGE WITH MY APARTMENT... ONE DAY I WENT TO WORK AND RETURN HOME AND FOUND THEY HAD LEASE MY GARAGE TO SOMEONE ELSE. WHEN I CALLED THE OFFICE TO COMPLAIN THAT SAID THAT IT WAS A SMALL PROBLEM AND THAT IT WOULD HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY.... I REMIND YOU THAT THIS WAS A WEEKEND.

Well let's see...first of all you can't spell worth a ---- and second of all your handle is dirty dope slanger meaning your a drug dealer. Why they didn't tend to your needs is beyond me. The problem with Highpoint is that they let section 8 in there and that has caused Romeoville's crime rate to sky rocket. Sad but true Section 8ers are mostly black and do nothing more than hustle the system like yourself. Maybe you should clean up your act and someone would respect you and grievances, Idiot!

First of all you worthless piece of ----, I have a job and a damn good one. I have a degree in accounting and money in the bank. As i agree that all of the dog blds and most of non dog blds have a mess from the dogs, all of you dog owners need to clean up after your pets,this is your fault,your making a communty dirty,smelling,and each of you that are that lazy that can not pick up after your pet do not belong in a apartment nor with a dog,maybe calling the office is not working , so try picking up the mess and put it in front of the door of who you see not picking up,they will get sick of walking out of thier door and stepping on it. As for the staff, when you do not have a good owner,nor a good mgmt this is what takes place, phony friendship leaders and owners,fake mgmt and a staff that could care less as long as they keep the place full ,The city of romeoville will take care of all the gangs and crime as long as all of you write and call the mayors office, Unlike the office at Highpoint who never ,ever answers the phone,the phone at the mayors office has to be answered.Take pictures of the condoms in the yards and parking lots, take pictures of the drug needles and tape the drug traffic ,send them to the mayors office and the states attorneys office,after so many of them each week they will step in. Take back your homes ,take control.The office is not going to .
