Dont waste your money on this ---- hole! I started renting in july of 2009 and since I've been here I'm so dissapointed with these apartments. The noise is unbelievable. You can hear everything that goes on in your neighbors apartment its as if your living right there with them, you can hear everything from them flushing thier toilets to their alarm clock going off in the morning its insane! These apartments are not worth the money. I cannot wait to buy my lease out! g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd

Sorry you didn't read these reviews earlier. Hope you find something better soon. That place is a piece of crap. Wait til you have to deal with the staff.

You know, you could simply request to move to another unit. I had the same problem about 3 months ago when I first moved in here and went up to the leasing office to complain, they told me it would cost me $100 to switch places, so I took it. I got placed in a great 2nd floor apartment overlooking the lake. You can still hear noises, but they're really nothing to fuss about. I think you just got bad neighbors and sometimes that happends, it doesn't matter where you rent. For me though, this place has been a blessing, and I've even been able to make some great friends with my new neighbors.

This place is a dive. I too am looking forward to moving out. When I moved in, I had to clean my own apartment, UPON MOVE IN!! The floors were dirty, and, there was unidentified substances on the doors (I'll let you use your imagination here). I had to wipe everything down with disinfectant. In every single light switch there was food and God knows what else; classy! The staff in the office refuses to replace the flooring in my kitchen and bathroom, even though it looks like it has been here for 10 years. For the $900 cost of the apartment, the floors should be pristine, not marked up and aged. Also, if your neighbors do ANYTHING (sneeze, walk around), it sounds like they're doing gymnastics. The walls are paper thin, so clearly the place is old and cheaply built. Do whatever you can to avoid living here, you'll be happy you went elsewhere!
