Moved in and everything seemed cool. Until the neighbors come home. Then its party time! You can hear every little foot step.
Maintenance is non existent. They won??t fix nothing nor will they fix the paddle boats that they have I ended up stuck in the middle of the water and almost drowned. But they could care less. Don??t be late on your rent cause they charge you outlandish fees, and if you??re late a couple of times your automatically evicted but that wont happen to you if your on section 8. the place is very poorly built its like a house of cards so you??d better hope a tornado don??t come around of course that could happen since its built in tornado ally so have fun. The management is very rude and very unprofessional. All in all I regret moving in to highpoint.
