I rented from Highpoint for 1 year, and by far, it was the most horrifying experience I've had. There was dog poop everywhere and trash all over the grass and sidewalks, not once did I notice it was ever cleaned or picked up. As the management lacks any form of common sense, they set us up upstairs, knowing we had a 5 year old and a puppy. The entire time our downstairs neighbor harassed us by pounding on the walls and ceiling. We did nothing out of the ordinary, if I simply was vacuuming, that would cause a problem with this person. I kid you not; you can hear your neighbor, cough, sneeze, their phone ring, conversations, etc. Seems like the walls are made out of paper. After complaining many times about our downstairs (psychotic ) neighbor, nothing was done, they in turn, blamed us for being too loud.

It's also not a safe place to live, I would see junkies walking around the grounds, even as far as one taking swigs out of a bottle where the dumpster is, REALLY NICE, HIGHPOINT!! Also, as several reviews here have stated, we were charged for carpet replacement when we moved out, which was surprising because it looked very used up and old when we moved into the place. If you value your happiness, don't move into this place, the staff doesn't make it any better; once you sign that lease their true colors come out; they do not care about tenants and show that thru their unprofessionalism.
