The people there are rude, obnoxious and lazy. They don't care about anything other then meeting their quotas on how many new renters they can sucker in to renting here. They rent to anyone.....a bullet went threw our bedroom wall almost hitting my husband at 3 AM. They did nothing to the person who owned the unregistered gun nor did they allow us to break our lease since I was seriously fightened for my family and myself being pregnant. I had to sleep in the living room for 4 months until the other people finally moved out. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME RENTING HERE. BELIEVE ME. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk

Part of the reason I did not totally believe your review is because you stayed. You have a lot of rights as a renter and could have moved out without penalty, because you didn't feel OR because you actually were not safe. That is why I didn't totally buy your review and no I am not an employee there. You could have forced management to let you out of your lease or move you to another apartment. However, maybe you weren't aware of this and if that's the case, then I am very sorry if you had to deal with this, that is inexcusable! Totally beyond comprehension & it will be interesting if management responds, although I would be surprised. Better luck in future homes!

I would be happy to give you a copy of the police report and the times that my husband had to appear at court to try and prosecute the person who shot the gun. Nothing happened. SOUNDS LIKE YOU WORK THERE AND ARE TRYING TO MAKE THIS REVIEW SOUND FAKE. UNFORTUNATELY IT WASN'T. NO ONE TOOK CARE OF ANYTHING.

That anonymous person works for HIGHPOINT, and even if they wanted to move out you think is that simple to find another place they still have to pack up, move take time off work find a place to move to that benefits them and has apartments available and need to leave another deposit aside pay the rent at HIGHPOINT. You should know this you work at HIGHPOINT so your reponse for the concerned citizen was unnecesary especially when you work there and trying to make your place look good then what it is. I BELIEVE YOU LUPITA all the other reviews are almost the same the staff is the worst in village, county, state, country and world history.
