Please don't be like me and rent here soley on pictures and a ONE time encounter with the satff. This place is definately not worth what you will pay. There are other places with friendlier staff and nicer apartments. The staff here are rude and don't care about anything. They go into work late open 10- 15 minutes late and close 10 minutes early. When most of them live on premises. Not to mention the maintence people are rude driving like maniacs in the parking lots then yelling at you because you are doing the speed limit.
The grounds are NOT well lit at night, which makes it dangerous for people. People's cars have gotten broken into because the parking lots weren't lit properly. There are just so many things wrong with Highpoint that it will be better off if you choose somewhere else
