Office staff is HORRIBLE when they are actually in the office since their hours vary. Management will let as many people as you want live in an apt. Abandoned cars scattered in the parking lot. Common areas including mailroom not kept clean. Barking dogs and screaming children everywhere. Once nice thing is that the Remington gives away rent to try to lure tenants since they are so desperate.
