Pretty Good, just a little pricy for the area

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
I have been in this place for almost a year now and it is actually a nice place to be, positives being:
- It is pretty quiet, even though I am near the main entrance and office building/facilities
- Never had a problem with security (don't see cops too often)
- I think the apartments/rooms/etc are pretty large (at least mine)
- it is in a great location as I am not in Naperville (too yuppie for me) but close enough to all kinds of stores (Dominick, Target, fast food, etc) and I-55
Things I did not like are:
- it is expensive when you compare it to others in a 15 mile radius
- mail room/service not very good or clean (you get mail in the afternoon)
- some of the room fixtures and furniture kind of cheap (our blinds broke the first time we opened them and we had to pay for it)
- morning traffic ( be careful because this place has one entrance/exit and if you leave at rush hour.. have fun waiting)
Some bad things, but not quite enough to say this is a bad place to be. I am moving out, but it is only because if I am paying this much... I want to be closer to work.
