From bad to worse..

I just moved out recently. At first the management seemed to screen prospective renters. Now they just seem to give an apartment to whomever can pay. I read most of the reviews and agree with the following:
1) The walls are paper thin. You hear everytime the guy above you moves around, turns on the water, or flushes the toilet. The sound of water running through the pipes is a constant. And if someone above you or below has a loud television, you can hear and feel that too.
2) I was lied to by the leasing office. They let pets in every building. There seems to be no restriction on the size and breed, seeing that they even let rots in. People tie there dogs up and let them bark and bark. This also goes through the walls. It gets old quick.
3) As stated earlier, they are now letting anyone in. The building I lived in had two young college aged kids living there. There was always about six cars over there visiting. They were loud, had loud cars, always had the stereos in the cars up loud, and were always walking around with a beer bottle or can in hand. So it goes without saying that getting a parking spot close to your building entrance can be almost impossible. When I complained, I was told that people were allowed to have guests. They would do nothing about this.
So in a nutshell, if you feel like paying between 900-1200 a month for the experience to live where there is always noise, loud pets, loud kids, loud stairwells, loud cars, dishwashers that don't work properly because the water temperature does not get hot enough, and dog droppings and cig. butts all over this is your place. I would recomend you look elsewhere if you value peace, quiet, and honesty.
