I HAVE LIVED HERE FOR ABOUT SEVEN MONTHS NOW AND REALLY ENJOY MY APARTMENT. I HAVE A GREAT VIEW AND IT IS CLOSE TO MY JOB. I HAVE NOT ENCOUNTERED ANY OF THE PROBLEMS THE LAST REVIEWER STATED. IF YOU ASK ME JUST ABOUT ANY PROPERTY YOU GO TO, THERE IS ALWAYS GOING TO BE SOME PEOPLE WHO HAVE FRIENDS OVER WHO DRINK. IF IT WAS CAUSING SUCH A HUGE PROBLEM THEN THEY SHOULD OF CALLED THE POLICE. MOST APTARTMENT COMPLEXES THAT I HAVE LIVED IN ARE NOT MADE TO BE SOUNDPROOF.
IF YOU DON'T WANT TO HEAR A PEEP FROM YOUR NEIGHBOR THEN GO BUY A HOUSE!!!!
OVERALL, I THINK REMINGTON IS A GOOD SAFE COMMUNITY AND PLAN ON BEING HERE AWHILE.
