I currently live here. As the last reviewer verified, you can hear through walls. And yes, I am building a house, but still, I don't like hearing all the noise around me. But here is the biggest problem - birds. There are birds everywhere. From the time the sun comes out, there are birds all around the balcony, and getting sleep with all this chirping can be hard. Not to mention how messy the balcony's get.
Another problem is there seems to be no breed restriction on dogs. Big loud scary dogs are all over.
Management has been called 4 times to fix an intercom problem, with no success. Horrible to pay so much money for a lot of outside noise, and an intercom and dishwasher that do not work.
