They allow pets including pit bulls, even though they say they dont. I am woken up all night and cant do anything during the day due to the dog next door. I have repeatedly called to complain. I finally gave up. Not worth the price given the noise and the hall ways are often not properly cleaned...lots of dead bugs!!! Also takes a while for them to fix the outdoor lights and the names on the door buzzers aren't lined up so your friends can't even buzz you so you know they have arrived...you have to go to the outside door to wait for them. Also, I have tried repeatedly to get the dishwasher fixed. They came 3 times, but it never worked properly so I have never been able to use it.
