The apartment itself is nice (except for that all of the materials are rather cheap), but the managment is a complete joke. They have lost my forwarding address 3 times and are trying to charge me $825 for pet stains on carpeting. The Pet fee is $300 dollars per pet and there is a $300 Pet fee per pet.

I will break down my complaints per the issues below.

Parking
Other areas in the complex had ample parking, but in the corner that I lived there were multiple apartments that had people with 4 or more cars so there was never enough parking. Also, there were multiple abandoned cars in the parking lot, that even after complaining about them still remained there.

Noise Level.
I had 4 college students living next door, they were having parties all the time. It was quite noisy often.

Grounds
This is the only thing that they seemed to keep on top of. It was nicely kept

Safety
It was fine when we moved in, but we had some trouble with people hanging out in the parking lot and menicing people when we moved out.

Exercise
Didn't use

Laundry
Didn't use had own in apartment.

Moving
I lived on the third floor, no elevator.

Recycling
No Recycling. Just dumpsters

Construction
Everytime we vacumed we had to replace the bag due to carpet fibers coming out. Besides that the materials were ok.

Appliances
They are all standard appliances.

Water Pressure
The pressure is good, took a while to get hot water in masterbath room.

Electricity layout
The outlets are sidways. There are no lights in bedrooms, only switched outlets. There were two outlets that didn't seem to control anything.

Telephone wiring.
Good Cable modem and DSL available

Pests.
Good, they came in to spray for bugs every two months

Neighborhood
Good, Moved to house in neighborhood.

Freeway Access
I-55 is just a mile up weber road. Too bad it takes about 30 min to go that mile in the morning.

Service Quality
Maintenance was good.
They came withing 1-2 days

Security Service
Not one

Office Staff
They have gotten new management. There is only one person on staff that was there when I moved in. They are not helpful and not trustworthy.

Office Hours
These change all the time. They also do not stay open for the full time. Many times I had a package and when I got there they had closed 20-30 min early.

Rent increases
Don't know, I only stayed one year.

Overall
Below average. I had to many problems with the office staff.
