This place is overrated. No one ever answers the phone, no one calls back on my questions. not very good customer service if you ask me. The office workers look like they just rolled out of bed. There has been garbage in the lake overlooking my balcony since summer. There are always abandoned cars here too. My hallways are always trashed and smell very badly. The only one they clean is where the models are so they can fool you. I've lived in many apartments and have to say the only thing good about this place is that it is a short drive to my work. Over the summer the pool was never clean. It was always a green color. The gym doesn't even have anything to clean the machines after you sweat all over them. is that a health violation' I think so. The ONE OLD computer they have in their business center is never monitered and is always broken. I could go on and on but hopefully you will get the idea from what I have said so far.
